Jay County Junior High Football traveled to Heritage to face the Patriots. The 8th grade won 15-7. It was a 0-0 tie in the first half. Jc took the ball on the 2nd half kickoff and drove down to the 10 yard line where Abe Lee caught a Roman Clamme touchdown pass. Clamme also threw the 1 point conversion to Fletcher Post. Later after another long drive, Clamme ran the ball in from 7 yards for the touchdown. Defensively, Kohen Stephen recovered a fumble. Michael Gabbard had 4 sacks. Royce Kaigler, Braylen Slater, Camden Corwin, and Jayden Butler all had tackles for a loss. The boys will travel to Eastern Hancock on Thursday to face the Royals at 6:00. Go Jc!!
